STRiVE – Skills, Training and research in Vocational Education Services (I) Pvt Ltd., (STRiVE) is focussed on providing Skills and training in Vocational Education to youth from under served and un reached segments of population both geographically and economically. STRiVE aims to bridge the gap between available human resources to the needs of corporate India by embarking on customized training interventions.
STRiVE is being incubated under IFMR Trust as part of the overall initiative of bridging missing market links and also building rural infrastructure. This Trust is setting up a Social Venture Capital Fund (SVF) called Network Enterprises Fund (NEF) to incubate and nurture entities called Network Enterprises (NEs). These NEs would work in focus on sharply defined verticals to bring about catalytic change in the vertical they are working in. Apart from start up equity, provides support in mentoring, HR, IT and Financial Accounting to its NEs.

Approach of STRiVE
STRiVE aims to facilitate any of the stages involved to make the person from the market get into a viable livelihood activity. Towards this, STRiVE would be focusing on the following verticals in the first phase of its operations:
- BFSI – Banking Financial Services and Insurance
- Retailing
- Hospitality
- ITES / BPO
- Construction

| In this endeavor, it would be forging alliances with corporates in the above verticals to develop training modules and delivery mechanisms customized to their specific needs so that students trained through STRiVE are fully equipped to handle their roles and responsibilities from the first day of their employment. |

| Being a Network Enterprise, STRiVE will also be forging strategic alliances with several training institutions and entities in the field of sourcing and building skills to students in vocational education space. STRiVE aims to identify / incubate such training partners, build capacities in them to be able to cater to the needs of market together with structuring financial products for their expansion. |
