1. What is the eligibility to enroll into STRiVE
You may be 10+2 or a graduate depending on the vertical that you are going to be trained in, as decided by the future employers

2. What would be the duration of the training?
The duration of training again is different for different verticals ranging from 8 weeks to 12 weeks depending on the course structure.

3. Will STRiVE help in getting an education loan to pay the course fee
Yes…STRiVE is exploring arrangement

4. Will there be a job guarantee after training?
STRiVE would be getting into arrangements with various corporates in all the verticals that we deal with and shall confirm the placement even before one enrolls for the training.

5. Will STRiVE also assist in apprenticeship if required?
Yes. Wherever required STRiVE will assist in getting the apprenticeship too.

 
Institute

1. What is the criteria to become accredited training partner of STRiVE?
It is desirable that you are running an institute even if is not catering to the verticals that STRiVE is focused upon and should have an ability to invest in further infrastructure as per the requirements of STRiVE. The partner should necessarily have an ability to source quality trainers and reach out to the target set of students.

2. What are the roles and responsibilities of the accredited training partner
The partner should be able to source the target set of students and also be able to rope in quality instructors. The partner would be completely responsible for conducting the training. Quality of the training imparted is completely the responsibility of the training partner.

3. Who will provide the training inputs
STRiVE will provide the content and other training inputs that may be required.

4. Will there be any evaluation process of the quality of training and curriculum?
Yes. STRiVE expects its training partners to uphold the standards of training and would continuously monitor the quality of training.

5. Would there be a revenue sharing model between STRiVE and its accredited training partner?
Yes. There is a different revenue sharing model for each vertical and STRiVE would enter / would be entering  into agreements for the same.

2. How is STRiVE different from other manpower consultants operating in the market
While the traditional manpower consultants only provide manpower who are not necessarily trained for the job, STRiVE identifies the job requirement, imparts the skills required for the job and then hands over the person for placement with the corporate. The training content and design is developed in close coordination with the corporate and hence is more relevant to the requirement.

3. Can STRiVE provide trained manpower across the country
Yes. STRiVE would have a presence across the country through its accredited training partners.

4. How do you ensure quality of inputs when working through accredited training partners?
STRiVE undertakes the responsibility of the quality of training which would be continuously monitored. Apart from the content being shared with the accredited training partner, the trainers would also be selected and trained by STRiVE only.
